What is it?
Adventure
Boot Camp is a unique, dynamic and results oriented fitness program
that includes elite coaching by a certified personal trainer,
nutritional counseling, before and after fitness evaluations and
motivational training. The workouts are different every day and
incorporate body weight exercises (pushups, pullups, situps, squats
etc.), circuit training, short distance running, jumping rope, rowing,
resistance bands, kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells, plyometrics,
core conditioning, and best of all - FUN!
Each workout is specifically designed for you to experience rapid
and measurable gains in all areas of fitness.
It is the
only fitness boot camp available exclusively for women. All ages, sizes
and abilities are welcome. Adventure Boot Camp is the largest and only
certified boot camp in the world.

Adventure Boot Camp is affiliated with the program that originated out
of Orange County, California and developed by John
Spencer Ellis.

What
if I'm not very physically fit?
NO ONE will be left behind or be asked to
complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anyone go
home unchallenged! Women of all ages and fitness abilities are welcome
to participate and modifications are provided for each exercise if
needed. This is YOUR boot camp and all of your individual needs will be
accomodated so that you achieve your goals and realize success!
How often will we meet?
When you purchase the monthly unlimited package you may come up to 5
days a week! You may also choose to purchase an 8 camp punch card
which you can use any day during the current monthly session.

What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, hand weights (5-8 lbs.),
water bottle, GOOD running shoes, and a sense of adventure. You can
purchase hand weights and a mat at any Target, Walmart or Sporting
Goods Store, and running shoes at the Boulder
Running Company or Runners Roost.
What does a day in boot camp look
like?
Each day begins with a dynamic warm-up followed
by a 30-45 minute full body workout that is intense, different EVERY
DAY and burns an average of 600-800 calories. Camp ends with a
series of gentle yoga stretches.
What results
will I experience?
The
exercises you will be doing will require you to THINK and BE PRESENT,
therefore your mind and your body will once again be working in
synergy. Your core strength will dramatically increase, you will lose
weight and body fat while gaining lean muscle mass. You
will experience increased coordination, agility, speed, endurance,
stamina, flexibility and overall strength. Boot Camp empowers you
to be better at LIFE!
What
is the cost/investment in myself?
You can invest in unlimited
workouts for only $199 a month or purchase an 8 camp punch card for
only $132 a month. The 8 camps must be used within the month they were
purchased. You will receive elite coaching in a small group setting for
a fraction of the cost of hiring a personal trainer.
We are now accepting pre-registration
for the next camp.
Once
we receive your registration we will contact you to schedule a time for
your fitness evaluation and your free one hour orientation class.
