You
have found the Only Certified Fitness Boot Camp Exercise and
Weight Loss Program in Arvada, Golden & Westminster -
Colorado !
What is it?
A four-week outdoor program of fitness
instruction, nutritional coaching & motivational training
provided by Robyn Morrisette, your fitness coach. This is
all part of a program originating out of Orange County, California
and developed by John
Spencer Ellis and Christina Lucy. This is all
part of the Largest Fitness Boot Camp in the World!
LOCATIONS
for the women's camps:
Camp meets at: Westwoods
Park – corner of Quaker Street
and West Woods Circle (next to Westwoods Elementary) Arvada.
For the days we are required to meet indoors:
5:30
and 8:00 class - Warehouse 180, a part of Foothills Community
Church
8270 West 80th Avenue, Unit 2, Arvada, CO 80005.
Secondary location is Arvada United Methodist Church
as needed
6750 Carr Street, southeast corner of 68th Avenue
and Carr St.
What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than
they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home
unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome
to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity.
You will inspire and be inspired by others.
What
types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: core conditioning, functional training,
short distance running (less than one mile), muscular strength,
jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, obstacle courses,
PAR course, Pilates mat exercises, surprises and more! This
technique was developed by fitness expert John
Spencer Ellis.
Camps are held outdoors weather permitting. An indoor location
will be used for excessive cold or snowy days. Directions
will be given at your first assessment. You will receive your
schedule prior to camp.
How often will we meet?
The DELUXE weight loss package
meets every Monday - Friday,
for one hour during the four-week program.
Or you may chose the 3-day program Monday - Wednesday - Friday,
for beginners.

What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs.), water bottle,
running shoes, and a sense of adventure. You can purchase
hand weights at any Target or Sporting Goods Store, and running
shoes at the Boulder
Running Company or Runners
Roost. There are several businesses that offer special
incentives for our campers. You will be given information
for participating businesses prior to the start of camp.
What can I expect from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain
more confidence and self-esteem!
Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement
in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you'll
meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring
a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your
training before the rest of the world has even gotten started!
And, you'll be several hundred calories ahead of everyone
else!
What
is the cost/investment in myself?
Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee of $299
for 20 hours of instruction! That's
just $14.95 per hour. Where
else can you get premier or cutting edge fitness instruction
for that incredible price?
Other Options:
You can also choose to come three
days per weeks for a discount of $100. Total cost is just
$199. Note:
Even greater results occur when you enroll in
the full 5 day per week program. We know this from years of
experience!
We are now accepting pre-registration for the next
camp. You will get your pre-camp evaluation by your
coach prior to the start of camp. Once we receive your registration
information you will be notified to make an appointment.
